Now, these iPhones have little changes in this process. You will have to press and hold the side button and volume down button at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the mobile screen.

iPhone 6 or SE (first generation):
Like iPhone 7 process, you will have to press and side (Sleep/Wake) button and the home button at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears on the screen of the mobile.
